Beginning August 18, you will notice some changes to the Proxibid Software Application!
Exciting new changes include:
New Grouping
· The ‘Group Lots’ tab has been removed! The ‘Lot List’ and ‘Group Lot’ tabs have been combined to allow the software operator to create groups (Choice, All-for-One, X the Money and Choice X the Money) from the new Group Manager located in the upper right-hand corner of your application.
· Now, software operators will have the ability to change group types when they are in the ring.
· If after selling a choice group there is a single lot remaining, the lot will be sent directly to the ring. No warning message will appear.
Acceptance of Live Bids and Pre-Bids via the “Award Lot” Box
· The software operator will now have the ability to award a choice group that has been sold to an Onsite bidder or an Internet bidder by selecting from a drop-down list.
· If the Internet bidder fails to submit their requested lot(s) within the 20 seconds, software operators will be able to see what the Internet bidder had selected and award it to them.
· If the Internet bidder makes no selection on a Choice group, the Software Operator can now award the first lot within the group.
· Pre-bids will now be represented on Choice and All-for-One groups. The internet bidder will now receive a message when their bid is being submitted and upon lot(s) being awarded.
Additional Changes
· City and state have been added to the “Participants” list.
· State has been added to the “Bid History” table.
